wbuzz Terms & Conditions

wbuzz is an online gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between wbuzz ("we", "us", "Platform") and you ("user", "player", "member"). These Terms apply to all services, games, bonuses and promotional offers on wbuzz.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each individual may create only one wbuzz account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is prohibited. If multiple accounts are operated using the same device, IP address or payment method, they will be treated as duplicate accounts and cancelled.

2.3 Information Provided at Registration

You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information when registering your account. If false or incorrect information is provided, wbuzz reserves the right to cancel the account and confiscate the balance. If your information changes, please notify our customer support immediately.

3.1 Account Security

Keeping your account login details (username and password) confidential is solely your responsibility. Any activity carried out using your account will be considered your own. Giving a third party access to your account or transferring your account to another person is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

3.2 KYC Verification

As part of security and legal compliance, wbuzz may carry out identity verification at any time. The following documents may be requested:

• A copy of your National ID (NID), passport or driving licence.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete. We reserve the right to close an account if the required documents are not submitted.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at wbuzz receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Alternatively, depositing ৳34,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus funds only, not on the deposit and bonus combined. For example: a ৳1,200 bonus requires a total of ৳18,000 in bets to be placed (৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000).

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once — per person, household, device or IP address.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• If multiple accounts are created to take advantage of promotions, all bonuses will be cancelled.
• wbuzz reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• Restrictions on using bonuses in certain games may apply — where relevant, this will be stated on the bonus page.

6.1 Game Outcomes

All games on wbuzz are operated using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system, which ensures impartial and transparent outcomes. Game results are entirely random and not predetermined. If a technical error causes an incorrect game result, the round in question will be declared void.

6.2 Software Errors

Exploiting any bug, error or technical issue on the platform to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. wbuzz reserves the right to void any winnings obtained in such circumstances. If you notice any error, please notify customer support immediately.

6.3 Bet Limits

A limit on the bet amount per single round may apply when playing with bonus funds. Bets placed beyond the specified limit may result in the related winnings being voided. Applicable limits will be stated in the game lobby or bonus details.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wbuzz platform and will result in immediate account cancellation and balance forfeiture:

• Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, deception or any other dishonest means.
• Using any software, bots, automation tools or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same individual.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third-party payment account.
• Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems or hacking.
• Placing bets in collusion with other members to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for commercial purposes rather than personal use.

If suspicious activity is detected, wbuzz may temporarily suspend an account for investigation.

In the case of losses caused by technical issues, wbuzz's liability is limited to the original amount of the affected transaction.
